Never have I ever... given cash as a wedding gift

Yes, I have given cash as a wedding gift! In my neck of the woods, that's the most common thing to do.

I usually do physical gifts if I am attending the bridal shower, and cash if I am attending the wedding.

I have. Depends on how lazy I'm being about getting a gift.

I have done both it just depends on the couple but if I am close to them I prefer to shop from the registry.

Never. In my family we don't really do this, I always pick an item from the couple's registry (haven't been to a wedding where they weren't registered)

Always cash as a wedding gift. If I go to a bridal shower I'll bring a physical gift.

Does gift card count? One of our friends weddings did their registry on Bed Bath and Beyond...we didn't want to purchase something nor purchase something and it be duplicated so we gave them a Bed Bath and Beyond gift card instead. Figured they could still use it on what they wanted.
