Never have I ever: Thirsty Thursday Edition

I've only liked about 6 or 7 of these! Man, I'm boring.

@Staci, I agree, especially about the hamburger. Whoever said that one, could you please elaborate? Lol - ETA: And LaBo, could you tell us why you haven't eaten mac n cheese?

ETA: I'm lactose intolerant and have been since birth.

@LaBo: Maybe if I were at a party (or wedding, lol) that only served margaritas, I'd have one. But there's always other options that I like, so I've never felt like having a margarita instead.

@Staci, I've never had a hamburger because I've been a vegetarian since I was 2 1/2. The grand total of meat I've had in my entire life is: 3 mini chicken sandwiches (the tiny ones for little kids they had at KFC in the 80s), a bowl or 2 of chicken soup where I spit out the chicken bits and only ate the noodles, and half a hot dog. It was after the hot dog (that I was sharing with my dad) that I asked my dad what a hot dog was made of and when I came to understand that I was eating animals I said I wasn't going to eat it anymore. My parents thought it would just be a short phase of a couple weeks but here I am 28 and still veggie.

Staci - I wouldn't have ever eaten one - but my friends in college were so shocked they took me out for one. I ate about 2 bites and puked for most of the night. I have never been a pork or red meat eater. My doctor says that after 28 years, I likely couldn't learn to digest it if I wanted to. I am also allergic to eggs. So I have never eaten one... that should have been my never have I ever.....

@Erin: Have you always been allergic to eggs? I was allergic to eggs as a child (and chocolate! Imagine that), and all those allergies went away as an adult. But now I developed an allergy to white fish, scallops and mussels

I figured at this point, I'm 25. While all my friends drank underage, I turned 21. Still never tried it, and at this time . . I don't really see the point of me starting now if I've gone this long

ETA: All joking aside, I am just as curious and have never heard of this phobia. Major props for sharing your story.

Original VC. Yup always- my mom too so I was tested at birth and couldn't be vaccinated because they use to be egg based and I was severely allergic. My mom almost died as a kid from it.

I have had several tests since to see if I still am and they always react really bad.

I almost died in preschool from a finger paint made with egg.

I have other food allergies none as bad.
