Now that we’ve postponed to 2021; I’m wanting to modify our
color scheme to be darker, which was what I initially wanted but decided
against it because our wedding was during the day.
For the reception, it is in a ball room that can really accommodate different styles and colors so I’m not worried about what we pick to clash.
I’m thinking I want all of our tables to have floor length deep teal overlays, antique chargers, and gold Chiavari chairs. Our centerpieces are going to be candle arrangements with Tiffany Blue stones at the bottom of the votive and either deep purple or maroon rose petals around them on the table. The table numbers are hand painted acrylic plaques, with the numbers in white and background Tiffany Blue.
My fiancé and I decided that we are only going to have one person stand with us so a best man and matron of honor.
My fiancé and best man will be in light grey suits, white button downs with Tiffany Blue colored ties.
I’m stuck on what color to have my matron of honor in… initially she was going to wear Hazelnut from Azazie because we were keeping the colors very neutral (greys, ivory, taupe, with just pops of Tiffany Blue.) I don’t want her to wear a Tiffany Blue color because it’s too bright for my taste but I’m not sure what other color to throw in there. Navy? Deep purple? Gold-ish? I’m so stumped…
I am planning on incorporating jewel tone flowers for bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages.
What do you suggest?
