Hello fellow brides 💍 with this new year I started a weight loss plan (I know cliche) and I'm super excited about it! 😆 I've been hitting the gym with FH and following a balanced calorie deficit meal plan. I'd love to lose 50 lbs. Whether it happens by May or not it doesn't matter but that's my goal. I'm enjoying the process and I'm excited to see results (only been 3 days lmao)
Anyone else begin a new program or have been following one?
Or maybe just working out and staying healthy?
