I wouldn't say it's cheesy. I know my mother-in-law suggested a firehall to us, but it was the type of wedding we wanted. If that's the type of wedding you want then go for it.

It’s not cheesy st all! You can seriously do anything you want, because it’s your ceremony, marriage, and celebration thereof. The biggest things are communication and sticking to budget. Not that there aren’t other challenges, but those hurdles are the biggest. Be patient with yourself and don’t try to live up to other people’s expectations. Make your day the way you want it to be!
