Newly engaged

I started looking at venues three days after we were engaged lol. A month after and we already have our venue and photographer for 2023. The more time to plan, the better!

Not at all! I booked my venue less than a month after my fiancé and became engaged. It's exciting!

Definitely not - I started looking at venues a few days after we got engaged, and the one we chose was booked every Saturday in 2023 already except for 3!! So we grabbed the earliest Saturday we could for next year and thankful I looked so early! The florsists I’ve been contacting are already booking up for 2023 as well.

It's not crazy it's good to start planning now! You have your date but do you have the venue? If you're still looking for a place, you will want to be flexible with the date.

I'd stay flexible on the date until your venue is locked down, if you haven't already done that.

Not at all! We set our date about a year and a half before our wedding. More time gave us more options!
