Makemynewspaper.com. Is anothere that came up on google when I searched "wedding newspaper". Another good option is to look up school newspaper printers because they are used to doing private one off runs. You could also contact some local printing companies.

Printing newspapers involves using a printing press, so places like staples are not going to be able to do it.

When you go to print, be mindful of your colors. If you photos on them, make sure they are brightened up or they will print much darker than the actual color. Reds and oranges should be printed on a magenta plate (if you do a single color or spot color on a page). I work in the newspaper business so I deal with this kind of thing twice a week (we publish two papers a week). If you have any questions regarding printing let me know! Also more color means higher cost most of the time as well. Standard is to do color on front and back, black and white every other page.
