We’re having a very intimate wedding of approximately 30 ppl and are considering not having a DJ. We won’t have space for a dance floor so we don’t anticipate dancing. It’s going to be more of a dinner/reception and we’re thinking of creating a playlist to play over a portable Bose stereo. Do you...

With no DJ and no dancing, don’t be surprised if your guests leave pretty quickly after dinner.

Wow! I’ve never heard of that. I had to YouTube it. Very cool! Somewhat harp-like. That’ll be amazing.

That hasn’t been my experience. I e been to several small weddings (<50 guests). Food & booze were flowing and guests were happy to hang around & socialize.

Same. It all depends on your crowd. Most people love to have the chance to socialize.

If they decide to that’s fine. However it is just going to be our closest friends and immediate families so I somehow doubt they’ll eat and run.

It’s going to be our closest friends and immediate families so we’ll definitely have good conversations.

I could see a playlist and maybe like the shoe game but do have someone to move things along or to coordinate speech even if it's just you guys personally thanking your guest for supporting your new union and coming to witness true love prevail Covid and all other obstacles.
