I love this idea but, I have no clue what to write on the box so that people would know what to do with them. I NEED HELP!

The only reason we had a flower girl is because my daughter was 3 and she wanted to be one. She didn’t throw petals though. She walked with the MOH (my best friend/her “aunt”) and held a mini version of my bouquet.

You can always just have the petals already in the aisle before the ceremony even starts. I don't think I even had a flower girl at my first wedding and it obviously didn't make a difference because I can't remember 100% (I was first married so it was before my niece was born and I can't think of any kids in the family at that time)

I had a flower boy my first time. My nephew was 3 at the time and asked to throw flowers. When he was practicing, my mom told him to toss the petals. He was throwing them up in the air. I explained it was more like leaving a trail of bread crumbs so that I could find my FH. The day of the wedding he left a trail that lead right up to the groom and one petal was on the top of the groom's shoe. Smiley smile

If your grandmothers are still alive, you could have them walk down as flower girls. I saw this somewhere and I absolutely love the idea, however, FH and I don't have any living grandmothers.

Hi! I am doing this exact idea but struggling with what to write on the box also. Did you ever come up with something?
