No Hard Alcohol Signature Drinks

I really want to have a signature drink but we can't have hard alcohol. I was thinking Sangria but I don't think FH is too into the idea. Does anyone have any more ideas, maybe with beer as the main ingredient?

Mimosas?? The bartender could use just a little champagne (or better yet, the cheaper and sweeter prosecco) and fill 'er up with OJ to keep costs lower. We're not having hard liquor either so we may do a pumpkin beer as the signature drink since we're in October too.

There are so many delicious white wine cocktails! Since you're getting married in the fall, maybe you could even do a delicious mulled wine or a cider?

What about kahlua? We are making white peach sangria and red sangria,.but you could do a kahlua or baileys coded as one type of drink....? When I was in the keys a few years ago I went to restaurant that did not have a hard liquor licence so they used beer to make margheritas they were good but different.. you would want to name it with the beer name in it so people would expect it.

Oh hey also, you know you can add ginger ale or club soda to sangria and it makes it really delicious! Just a way to change it up if you aren't too sure about sangria.

I recommend two cocktails: a champagne cocktail and a beer one. I like making fruit purees and syrups to add to champagne--maybe sour cherry or rhubarb would be good. And the michelada is a classic savory spin on the beer. This way you please both worlds.

There is a bar in NYC that I visited once that didn't have a liquor license, so they sold only beer and wine cocktails (plus plain old beer and wine of course). It's called the Bourgeois Pig. Their menu might serve as an inspiration: http://www.bourgeoispigny.com/drinks.php
