I purchased No More Trouble Zones a few days ago and did it for the first time yesterday, I LOVED it. You can do the workout all the way through (50 mins) or you can customize it. It's broken down into 7 circuits (6 minutes each) plus the warm up and cool down. Yesterday I did the Warm Up, Chest & Abs, Thighs & Triceps, and the Cool Down. I was honestly getting bored with the same workout with 30DS (Level 2 was too much), this lets me choose my combination.
Anyone else doing it? Anyone else want to do it with me and talk about our progress? I'm going to take before pictures today.
