No More Trouble Zones, better than 30 Day Shred! (IMO)

dks64, on July 16, 2010 at 12:12 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 41

I purchased No More Trouble Zones a few days ago and did it for the first time yesterday, I LOVED it. You can do the workout all the way through (50 mins) or you can customize it. It's broken down into 7 circuits (6 minutes each) plus the warm up and cool down. Yesterday I did the Warm Up, Chest & Abs, Thighs & Triceps, and the Cool Down. I was honestly getting bored with the same workout with 30DS (Level 2 was too much), this lets me choose my combination.

Anyone else doing it? Anyone else want to do it with me and talk about our progress? Smiley smile I'm going to take before pictures today.

I have it I tried it once but I've gotten out of it I need to get my butt in gear and try it again! Of course I thought I was going to die when I did it but like you said I do like the fact that you can change it up!

I'm probably never going to attempt to do the whole thing through, I would die :p I did Banish Fat and got 20 minutes in before collapsing and calling it quits. I would say that about 22-25 minutes is my max. Smiley smile Props to those who can stick it out 50 minutes (Trouble Zones and Banish Fat). It's never motivating to feel defeated, that's how the long videos leave me feeling.

So, are you on board with me? Smiley smile You can do it! 2 circuits at a time, that's my goal.

I'd like to try it, but my issue is time. I was going to go for my second round of 30DS, but 25 minutes out of my 3.5 hours of non-work awake time feels like so much, with dinner and cleaning and all.

I just started the 30DS... amazing how less painful I felt after the second time I did it compared to the first one. I felt like $hit. I will keep up with it for now but I will keep the one you mentioned in mind in case I need to change it up!

Tracy - With this, you can do one circuit a day and probably do the warm up, cool down (which you can cut in half once you know what to do), and workout in about 15 minutes Smiley smile 3 days a week, I'm sure you'll feel great and see results. Even if you wanted to do 2 circuits, you don't have to do this everyday.

Asian~Bride - For me, it was the same way. The 2nd time didn't kill me as much as the 1st round.

    I just completed:

Warm Up, Upper Body & Core, Core, Biceps & Butt, and the Cool Down.

I'm sore, but feel great! Smiley smile It didn't even feel like 28 minutes at all. For me, I'm the type who likes things broken down into segments, that way I feel like I'm actually accomplishing numerous things rather than just 1 workout Smiley smile

Looks like I will be picking this up now. I've seen it a couple of times, but wasn't sure if I would like it. Is it similar to the 30DS in that all you need are some light hand weights and a mat or do you need more "equipment"?

Yeah, I'm wondering about the equipment needs as well. I already have the bands and the weights so if that's all it takes I may go get that this weekend!

Well I am going to have to try this. I need something quick fast and in a hurry. I have gained probably 5 lbs since I last tried on my dress Smiley sad

I get paid on the 23rd & my first trip is to Target & home to start the workout! I cannot wait!

    .

I'll have FS take before & after pictures of me. I did this the last time (in 2009) when I lost major weight. You couldn't tell much other than I was more toned but I went from 278 in July to 207 by October. If I could start this now & lost 20lbs before I get my dress out on Sept 1 I will be happy as a clam teehee.

Gillian: Sure! I'm getting a little head start, but I'm taking either today or tomorrow off. I will do it on Monday with you, for sure Smiley smile

Beth & 5th Star: Same as her other videos, just hand weights and a mat. Smiley smile

Kali: I have some before pictures, but I'm afraid to show them until I get results :p I love comparing because it's really hard to see the change when it's gradual. I take measurements too, you may lose inches and not even know otherwise.
