No option for stacked website layout or custom html

I am not able to find the option to have a stacked layout and all designs are paged instead.

Also, I do not see an option to add any custom html to pages.

The Stacked paged layout was an option in our Website 1.0 version but you are using our updated website version so you don't have that option. In regards to a custom URL, we just took a look at your account and can see that you were able to create a custom domain.
