We will be getting married tomorrow, but I feel sad. My mother and father in law won’t be there. They never asked to come nor have called to show support. It hurts. They showed up for their other sons wedding but not for ours.

    It's their loss, not yours. I understand feeling upset about it but just remember that you're marrying your future husband and spending your life with HIM. Smiley smile

    Agreed, their loss. It’s sad I know from experience with unsupportive in laws. At the end of the day your marrying your best friend and that’s all that matters. Toxic is toxic regardless of blood and you don’t need to let that energy ruin your special day!

    Sorry. I was emotional typing this message. They were invited. In the past with other events they showed interest and desire to be there. They also went out of their way. They told their other son’s that they will be there for their wedding. However, it’s been cricket’s since we announced the engagement and wedding.
