No wedding photos after 3 months. Help please!!

Hello everyone! I really need you guys advice. We got married in January of 2023 and we still have not received any photos, not even sneak peeks. The contract says photos will be delivered electronically within 6-8 weeks. I waited till 10 weeks to contact my photographer because I tried to be understanding as she might be busy. While I was waiting, I could see on her instagram and her website that she delivered other couple's engagement photos and maternity photos. I tried to be patient since we also really liked her when she did our engagement shoot and the wedding. When I contacted her after the 10 week mark, she told me the photos will be delivered next week (11 weeks). No photos still, no apologies. So I contacted her again. She said she had the stomach flu last week but photos are almost done and should be delivered by this week. But when I saw her instagram story, she was working at a wedding in a different state but she told me she was sick when I contacted her. I don't want to assume that she is lying but I am getting frustrated and anxious that I am not going to get our wedding photos was it was such a happy day for both of us. It is reaching the end of the week and I still have not heard anything regarding our photos. If I still don't hear back from her, what should I do? Please help!!
