Normal Time frame for getting photos back?

I’ve been married now for over 3 months, and I have yet to get our wedding photos back. In the brochure that the photographer gave us with our contract, it says turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. We got 6 sneak peak photos 3 days after the wedding, which was great! But then around the 9 week mark I messaged the photographer asking (politely) when we could expect our photos back. I know she’s been going through some personal things, it’s a small town and I follow her on social media. She said as soon as she got back from vacation she would be sending our gallery to us. Well that was over a month ago and still nothing. Is this normal? I’m planning on reaching out again after the new year. I’m not trying to be rude but I’m just surprised it has taken this long I guess, especially considering that we already got our wedding video back.
