Northeast bachelor/bachelorette

I didn't go for a bachelorette, but a friend of mine and I did a girl's trip to Lake George this summer which was super fun. There's wineries and bars and stuff. It was like a 3.5-4 hour drive from where I am in central NJ.

I’m from Jersey too and went to Lake Placid, NY for my bachelorette. It was absolutely beautiful. The main st there had a lot of different restaurants, bars, and shops. There’s a lot of things to do out on the lake too. We rented out a pantoon boat and had wine and cheese on the lake. If you’re looking for more of a beach vibe I would recommend Martha’s Vineyard (island off of cape cod) or Montauk (right next to the Hampton’s and has a lot more things to do)

Newport is a great suggestion, a lot of people go there for bachelor/bachelorettes because of all the restaurant and bar options they have. If you were willing to drive a bit more, maybe look at Portland, ME. That's also a really fun city to have a bachelorette in because there are tons of options!
