Hi all, I'm looking for a reform rabbi to officiate our interfaith wedding. Any recommendations?

    Hi there Hannah!

I don't have any personal recommendations, however, have you checked out the WeddingWire vendor search?

    Washington DC Wedding Officiants

You can narrow the selection down further based on city, religion, language, etc. You can also check out previous couples reviews on their storefronts!

Have you booked a ceremony venue yet?

    Hi Cliodhna,

I have, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work as well as I would like. If I click Jewish to narrow it down, reverends are still sponsored, etc .

My fiancé had Rabbi Bruce Aft at Adat Reyim as the pulpit rabbi who is reconstructionist. There is no harm in checking with him, but I don't know his status. As a whole, conservative rabbis are not permitted by the Rabbinic Assembly to do interfaith marriages yet, but check out Reform and Reconstructionist rabbis.

Did Rabbi Aft work out for you?
