Nose ring opinions?

Personally I would wear the stud but it's what you will think looks best that matters .

I used to have a hoop in my nose, but took it out after college when I got my first career job. I think it depends on whether you plan to keep the ring indefinitely. I always knew I would take mine out eventually. If you plan to keep it forever, then wear it (but maybe the stud instead). If you think you'll probably take it out later in life, then I'd say skip it.

Stud. I have worn a stud for the past 6 years- same thing, nobody notices unless I point it out. I took mine out for my wedding day, but I would wear a stud over the hoop, because it sounds like you are going for a discreet look, and hoops are less discreet.

I see no difference, really, I took mine out a while ago, but I liked the studs b/c they had sparkle. That was my only motivating factor though.

That and I could spin it round & round & round.

I would wear the stud for the wedding.

I would whichever *you* prefer. The people coming to the wedding are supposed to love you (or your spouse), so, while there may be a few raised eyebrows, I can't see it will make much difference.

I usually wear my stud, and plan on keeping it in for my wedding day. Although, I am asking FH to take out his lip ring..

I just ordered a skinny hoop that i am going to put in for the months leading up to the wedding then i am planning on putting my diamond stud back in that i have had in for the past 2 years. i just wanted to switch it up for now.

I would wear the hoop in the wedding but i know my mom would have something to say about it

If you want the piercing to stand out, choose a hoop....if you'd like your piercing to not be noticed, go with the stud....or choose a stud with a gem on it so its semi noticeable. im the type that likes my piercings noticed, but i get that some brides wouldnt want their piercings visible in pictures.

I took mine out years ago but I always wore a sparkle stud. It's really all about how you want to look. If you are wearing a super fancy sparkle ballgown, I would say the stud, but if you have more of a boho style, do the hoop. I went all super conservative and took out my rook 2 weeks ago. Kinda bummed because I had it forever and it was my fave.

I'd go with the stud. A sparkly stud would seem to fit better with a wedding than a plain hoop.

I used to wear a hoop until I had a bad incident with it getting caught when I was trying to take it out.... I've stuck to studs since then. Every once in a while, I think about putting a hoop in again.

Stud. Although be careful because if it's really small, it might look like a zit in pictures. I've seen that happen before.
