Not enjoying the wedding planning at all due to family pressure me

Stop discussing it. If they bring it up say “we have made our decisions and they’re not up for discussion.” Then change the subject. If they come back to it, repeat that it’s not up for discussion and you won’t be entertaining any further conversation on the subject. If they come back to it again, don’t say anything but get up and leave/hang up the phone/usher them out of your house. They’ll soon get the message. Hopefully the people pestering you aren’t paying for any of the wedding?

"This is what we’re doing. Hope you can make it!"

Whenever my mother suggests [X], I reply, "Maybe we can have [X] at your wedding."

I find it's a nice way to shut it down without escalating the situation.
