So my wedding now less than 2 months away, have my first fitting this weekend, and I have not worked out the first time nor changed the way I'm eating!!! I don't know what's wrong with me?!?! So my wedding now less than 2 months away, have my first fitting this weekend, and I have not worked out the first time nor changed the way I'm eating!!! I don't know what's wrong with me?!?! I used to be SO good about watching what I ate and exercising, but for some ODD reason, now, RIGHT before I get married, I have ZERO motivation to get in shape. PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one. lol. It's so sad and I get so mad at myself. I tell myself everyday "okay today you are going to eat good and exercise"..that's been going on for about 6 months now. ahhh. Guess I'm just stressing.. venting.

Any one have any tips on how I could possibly get motivated?!?!?! lol

Hope everyone's wedding planning is going well!!! Smiley smile

Right there with you. I stopped trying on July 1st and now am just focused on eating healthy and drinking lots of water and getting in at least an hour a day. I find that by not thinking (read obsessing) about it I am actually doing very well. My dress is actrually too big so I could stand to gain a lb or 2 so will be just fine for Oct. So, with that in mind when I do hit the gym I just focus on toning. I'm sure you will make a very beautiful bride so just relax and enjoy the rest of the planning.

Ok so my wedding isnt until next years October however I am needing or wanting to lose about 30 lbs. I had a set of twins almost three years ago and not only because of the wedding but self esteem as well I started really focusing on my weight so I will tell you whats helped me!

I do not typically believe in all those diet pill bull crap HOWEVER my friend had mentioned something about this oxyelite pro so i did my research. it worked well on her and from what i researched it was all good reviews. people were losing 20 lbs in 8 weeks. not working out. so imagine if they did work out. so i bought a bottle and have been taking it for a week. lost 4 lbs in one week however it must be water weight because i been drinking so much but nonetheless it has given me the motivation even with toddler twins to get off my butt and go for a walk and it does supress appetite. not like making you starve or anything because trust me i still eat but your portions are way smaller.just giving you an idea

Nothing kicked me into gear quite like trying on my wedding dress. I went for my first fitting and it was a wee bit tight around the hips! Since then, I've been swimming, running and doing yoga fairly regularly. What's annoying is that I haven't lost a single pound! I think I've toned up and gained some muscle though. We'll see how the second fitting goes.

Yeah.. well at this point i'm not so much worried about fitting in my dress b/c i know it has to be altered anyways, it was already too big on me.. and i don't think i've gained a lot of weight..i'm just more worried about the fact that it's all turned into fat instead of the muscle i used to have..and that's what stresses me out and gets me down. but who knows.. i might have gained more than i thought and it may not need altered now! hah.
