My wedding was on June 5th, 2021 and I STILL haven't received my wedding videos from the videographer. We were supposed to receive our teaser video 1 week after the wedding. It's more than 3 months now. I've emailed, called, contacted on social media - received no response. What can I do at this point?

If it's in your contract that you were supposed to receive the teaser video 1 week after the wedding (along with any other promised products that were supposed to be delivered over the past three months), then I would send one more email, reminding them of this clause in the contract, and let them know that if you do not receive the videos within the next two weeks, you will be pursuing legal action. If you don't receive them after the two weeks, I would look into filing a claim.

Does he have a location you can go to? Face-to-face is the easiest way to get honesty from people. Don't go alone if you don't feel safe to do so.
