There has been a recent trend of choosing what to dance to by matching the lyrics to your personal situation. Maybe you should try what most people have done for generations, either a bouncy tune you like, or a waltz. Danceable, not meaningful. Depending on how you feel about your relationship going forward, maybe this is a good opportunity to do something fun and different with your dad for the dance so that in the future years you can look back on it and cherish it. I've seen medleys of popular dances and they always look like they're having so much fun! Of course, it also depends on your comfort level.
