We are getting married October 2020 and we have the venue, caterer, day of coordinator, dj and florist booked. I read something about booking all your main people more than 6 months out so we got a head start. Just be careful of not waiting too long or someone you love on Instagram and yelp might already be booked.

We are getting married November 7. So far we have venue, catering, music, and planner booked. The biggest vendors we are still in need of booking are the florist and photographer. As someone who is having somewhat of a destination wedding, these two have been the hardest for us to decide on- too many options!

Our wedding is 10/10/20. So far we’ve booked/completed the following:

Venue, catering, cake, florist, videography, photography, day-of wedding coordinator, save-the-dates (mailing in January), DJ, hair & makeup, officiant, my wedding dress & FH’s attire, cocktail hour entertainment, the timeline, gift registry, hotel room discount code, wedding website and honeymoon.

Our favors and invitations have been selected (and will be purchased in the summer). We have an unconventional “guest book” that we’re using and basically all decor and set-up plans have been decided upon. The main things remaining are the smaller details (ie. selecting songs, my accessories, selecting the meal choices). We aren’t having a bridal party and probably no rehearsal. But since it’s a destination wedding, we’ve selected the location for the guests’ mix-n-mingle on Friday evening.

Oh trust me, I understand lol. I am a very indecisive person (just ask my MOH) as well but it got to a point where a lot of venues and photographers were coming back already booked for my date and around my date so we had to really focus and get at least the venue picked.

That’s something my fiancé and I knew we had to get out of the way. The Venue and the church. Now we are moving to the cater, videographer and DJ. We might need to have a set date for when we want to have them booked and ready. I am so exited for this moment

Getting married November 14th 2020. We have the DJ, Venue - caterer included, Photographer (with engagement pictures done), Save the Dates purchase, Dress and Veil, party picked and asked, favors are picked (not ordered). Consulting florists now and researching local bakers and officiants. Everyone I have contacted (vendors) are down to a few days for the 2020 year - some I've even been turned down from 11 months out!

We have the venue, DJ, photographer, officiant all booked. Venue decorates so that's taken care of too. Basically all we have left is the food, which we are in eastern NC and both have southern families and will just be doing BBQ and the cupcakes left to decide on. November 15 2020, doing a Sunday wedding so we can keep our anniversary the same lol.

We picked an all inclusive venue so almost everything is picked. Included is caterer, cake, DJ, florist, photographer, and DOC. I bought my dress and my usual hair stylist will be doing my hair. 😊
However his attire still needs to be bought, MUA needs to be picked, website needs to be picked and finished (can't decide between Knot and Zola!), and I'm waiting to ask my participating people (like aunt officiating) until closer to. I'm trying to decide on STDs and invites, too.
I also need to decide on jewelry and find the right shoes plus alterations when the time comes (I think I know who I'm picking.. hopefully haha). Little details like that.

We wanted to have the venue and the church by the end of the year. Now we want to have the food and DJ by Feb.
