Hey November Brides!!!

Just checking in, we are almost there!How are you all feeling?
I am feeling a mixed of so many emotions mainly excited, anxious and a bit of guilt.I am still moving forward with my reception style wedding with about 61 guest. Honestly I was surprised by the amount of people that actually RSVP’d I was hoping most people would not attend cause of COVID lol but hey!I really tossed and turned about having this wedding but I really want to thank the Wedding Wire community for being such a great support. This forum has definitely helped me through some restless nights.

October 17th Here , I Just Wanted To Say That We Originally Planned 60 Guests , And We Actually Have A Final Headcount Of 64! I Thought The Same About Declines Due To Covid. But Honestly Im Not Going To Complain LOL. Dont Feel Guilty. You Cant Put A Pause On Your Life Due To Something That Is Out Of Our Hands. I Hope You Have A Great Wedding!

Losing my mind and I am only have a small minimony ha ha. It is a stressful time with a lot of unknowns so I get it. I hope your day goes well. I am November 8th.

I am in the same boat! We are getting married this weekend and I have been feeling guilty about having something and we had about 1/4 of our guests decline because of covid so we ended up with about 30 rsvp. We are live streaming it as well and those who aren’t coming are very close family like my sister and grandparents. We are still having a reception next year so I hope they will come to that one.

You are right, I even talked it over with some of my guest almost all of them are excited and said to continue on.
My guest count was 64 as well but I had some cousins and aunt/uncles later decline, I really didn’t expect them to show anyway lol

Omg yes!! One day I’m like it will be great we will get through this and everyone will be fine, then the next day I’m like OMG I need to just cancel, we are in a PANDEMIC and go to the courthouse 😂😂😂 Indeed stressful time. Thank You! I hope your day is beautiful as well.

I totally get it, we won’t have most of grandparents either. I really hope we have a better handling of COVID next year, so your guest that miss your ceremony can make it to the reception.

Yup. I should be happier but things outside of wedding life is stressful so I get it. You are not alone feeling that way lol. One minute I am excited to have the day then the next F this and let's just go to the courthouse too ha ha. Thank you so much and I really hope your day goes smoothly.

Hi! I hope your wedding day is fabulous! I’m still going through with mine since I can’t cancel or postpone without losing money, but I’m still happy. I haven’t received all the RSVPs yet but I know I will be missing quite a few people sadly. It’s such a crazy time that some days I wish I could cancel to do something small and quick.

Same crazy emotions here, I'm November 28th and we only have 34 RSVPs out of the 75 limit. Feeling very overwhelmed and slightly nervous, but FH is finally starting to get super excited about it so that makes me happy!!
