November outdoor wedding in east tn

My fiancé and I are from NJ, where novembers can be pretty hit or miss. It’s either 65 and sunny or 35 and gloomy. We are planning our wedding for November 1st 2023 in Wears Valley TN, we want to get the most out of the gorgeous views they have so I planned for everything to be outdoors. I am planning on renting a few propane patio heaters for the ceremony and for the covered pavilion. Do you think that will be good enough or am I insane ???
