We are trying to narrow down some options for the reception and I thought of a question. How many options do you give your guests when it comes to dinner?

We have 3 options. Chicken marsala, beef medallions, and mahi mahi. We are having a beach wedding so fish was a must.

We have 3 total, and then the option for kids under 12. Beef, Chicken, Vegetarian, Kids. Of course we have a dietary restriction line on our rsvp for those who are vegan, gluten free, etc.,

We're having a duet plate including chicken and filet mignon as well as children menus (like chicken nuggets). We've yet to send out our invites and get in contact with guests if they have any dietary restrictions (I don't think we'll really have any as our guests are close family and we typically serve very hearty foods at family gatherings) but we don't finalize our menus until 2 weeks before our wedding so we'll be able to make changes if necessary.
