NWR- 21 Day Fix and Eating Out

It's Friday and for me and H, that means date night!

What are your go-to restaurants/ meals for date night on the 21 day fix?

    Many of the beachbody programs allow you to still eat certain foods. I would go to a restaurant that offers a variety of options. Can you have date night at your house with some candles?

    Fall- We can eat at home, but usually Friday is the one night we don't eat at home.

    I've never done a 21 day fix but Hubby and I are going for Pho tonight! I get the shrimp cause its lower in calories and rice noodles aren't many calories either!

    You really want to just tell them you don't want any marinade ... No extra butter. A lot of places cook with extra fats that aren't necessary. Also, its best to eat more lean protein so that steak and seafood is a great go to. Opt for steamed veggies. Or salad. Watch the dressing and croutons and cheese though. If you can get regular tomato not cherry tomatoes. They are higher in starch.

    And the brown rice is a great suggestion as well as a baked potato or sweet potatoe. But don't eat the whole thing just half. The whole thing is too starchy. Just a few tips

    I usually get a salad with dressing on the side. You typically can't go wrong with grilled chicken or steak and veggies either. Restaurant portions are typically huge, so I always split my meal in half for a next day lunch or dinner.

    Outback will make all your food with EVOO instead of butter if you ask. They cook all their grilled foods with butter

    21DF has a guide that can give you an idea as to what to eat. When I did it, I ate one cheat meal each week. It was typically pizza Smiley smile
