I've been working out/ eating clean since the start of the year. I want to give myself a final push and do either Orange Theory Fitness or Barre3 the month leading up to my wedding. I've heard great things about both. Have any of you tried either/ both?? I'd love any opinions!! Ps.. happy...

I would vote for OTF. I haven't done it, but I've done Barry's Bootcamp, which is very similar. If you're looking for a complete workout and weight loss, HIIT seems like the way to go. Barre is very low impact and very little, if any, cardio. You couldn't rely on barre alone to get the results you want. But, if you mixed it up and adding some cardio and weights to your workout, barre would be a good supplement to help tone.

I did OTF for a few months after I stopped doing Crossfit and I definitely did fast results. I was losing numbers on the scale like crazy. I stopped because I injured my ankle with all that running and because I really missed CF workouts.

I say go for it! You'll definitely get results, just don't overdo it a the beginning.

I'm currently doing Orangetheory 4-6 times per week and it is killer! 30 minute cardio blocks on the treadmill and 30 minute strength blocks on the rower, weights and suspension straps. I love it because everyday is something different. I get so bored going to the gym and doing the same mundane thing over and over. They always switch up the trainer and every day is a different focus area.
