OH the other questions, no it doesnt get annoying, you dont even feel it. And yes, my FH loves it.

Do you guys ever change the ring for anything special (like birthday, or plans for the wedding) to spice things up? Or does that not really work

Haha, YES to the above question. On July 4th I wear a flag one, I wore a dangly playboy for an ex's birthday...the options are plenty.

I got mine for 18 birthday took it out while I was pregnant and had it repriced.. it didn't hurt either time FH doesn't care either way.

I change my ring all the time. Changing it is as easy as unscrewing the ball, pulling it out, sliding the new one in, and screwing the ball on the end. Just make sure you keep them clean. I find the alcohol pads (like you use for giving a shot) work best for cleaning the rings. Im planning to wear one that says "Bride" for the wedding day.

A girl I used to work with used to get the trashiest ones of all time. That's what I can't stand.

She had one with Cartman from southpark, One that said "Get Low"... fur real chick? She'd get a new one every paycheck and come in and show us and I'd be like

"WOAH, buy me dinner first bitch."

I got mine at 15. It didn't hurt. I took mine out when I was probably 22 because (no offense) I thought it was silly to have anymore. Not because they are ugly or dumb I think piercings are awesome, but because I was just never even aware that it was there. I hardly changed it out.

It never snagged on anything except when I used a loofa.

It was never annoying.

FH didn't mind it when I had it.

I suggest not leaving it out for longer than a day (after it's healed) so that it doesn't close back up.

I saw one at the mall once that spun 360 degrees and on the front it said "Kiss me" but on the back it said "F*ck me" LOL nice and naughty

All piercings hurt... Its a needle a being shoved through your body. The ammount of pain varies by person, and location. Ive had my eyebrow, 2 lip piercings, my ears, and my tongue (currently have zero piercings) and have dated guys with just about everything pierced. Its a matter of taste.

Jewelry is easy to change. You also dont have to change the entire piece, you can just change the threaded bead. Tons of options... They are truly limitless.

I had mine pierced, it didn't hurt at all, but then agian i had my face pierced four times sooo xD

I got mine done at 16. I wore a hoop in it until I was 18 and then replaced that with the bar. The hoop was pretty annoying and would get caught on things, but I can't feel the bar at all. I've had mine so long, I forget I even have one. It very rarely bothers me, just with high wasted pants. I think it hurt a little when I got it, but that was a very, very long time ago...

I got mine done at 16.. I am 24 and still have it and have never had any issues with it nor does it bother me in the slightest. I remember it NOT hurting but I am more of a baby as I get older, so if I got it now I might have a different opinion. It is SO common, at least where I live that its almost odd if you dont have it pierced lol

I got mine done at 18 and loved it. FH, however, did not love it. He thought it looked kinda trashy. I actually just took it out for good a few months ago. (Not because of him, but because I am 34 and thought it was time.) I almost passed out when they did it. I turned white and they made me sit down for a while. But I am also a wimp. Worst case scenario, if you don't like it, you can always take it out.

I think they make your stomach look so much better- I never want to take mine out!!

I would recommend the navel ring- plus, I feel sexier with it. FH also loves the navel ring. But do what you want- it's your body!

I have had mine for over 10 years (got it at 18) and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! It didn't hurt at all when i got it... just felt a quick pinch. I will say that it did itch for a week after I got it, but putting some ointment on it relieved the discomfort. I've worn it for 10+ years with only taking it out twice for medical appointments. Other than that, i love it and don't ever wanna get rid of it. FH likes it but hes adamant about me getting rid of it I'm preg. :/ I dont wanna see it go, but we'll see what happens when that time comes.

I've never had any issues with the piercing. Just be sure to only buy surgical steel belly rings. Any of the fake stuff will have you itching and leave you with a rash.

Of all my tats/piercings, my belly ring is my fav. If you want it and FH is in favor, i say go for it! It's purdy Good luck!

I got mine pierced by my brother when I was 18. It hurt less when I actually got it, than the healing process. I remember the first night I had it I would roll over to sleep and I could feel the ring move. THAT was painful. I took mine out 4 months later because it still wasn't healing. Found out my body rejected the piercing. Wish I still had it, but not something I would do again.

I have the bottom and top pierced. I didn't think it hurt at all.
