Faves at my house; salmon or tuna tartare, (fish/soy sauce/wasabi/scallions), "Engagement Chicken" (a roasted chicken with lemons and sage) and big pork (pork shoulder roasted with a ton of garlic). I'm not so good with recipes, lol!

I am a serious home cook - I have a family famous spaghetti sauce, a cottage pie, chicken enchiladades, and a lasagna that literally made my fiancee cry. Not kidding. It reminded him of his mom's cooking and she had passed a few years before we met. It kind of broke my heart but I will say it is a DAMN good lasagna.

Edited for spelling. You know me. Type faster than I can think.
