NWR - My 3 day cleanse starts today!

So...after watching carefully what I ate for the 5 months leading up to our wedding...and going on a diet called Slimgenics long before DH ever popped the question...I started eating a bit more...well satisfying rather than healthy...and when my ankle started to hurt again, I knew I had to face the...

So...after watching carefully what I ate for the 5 months leading up to our wedding...and going on a diet called Slimgenics long before DH ever popped the question...I started eating a bit more...well satisfying rather than healthy...and when my ankle started to hurt again, I knew I had to face the scale...I wasn't thrilled...I had gained 5 pounds since the wedding...10 since the end of my Slimgenics diet.

It's time to make a change! So with that said, I'm cleansing my system today...and going on a very VERY healthy food intake after my 3 days of cleansing.

I told my friend about this cleanse and she did it...after the 3 days she lost 3.5 pounds.

Basically...for the next 3 days I have to consume the following:

2 eggs and 1/2 orange in the morning

1/2 orange in the afternoon

unlimited RAW GREEN veggies

unlimited LEAN protein (I just got a roast chicken and pick at it)

10 - 8oz glasses of water

I can also drink 4 cups of tea, 2 cans of diet 7up and use seasonings

    IDK if someone has asked this, but you eat those foods everyday?? Example, 2 eggs per day, or the 2 eggs are within the three days??

    I'm getting ready to do Jay Robb's Fruit Flush Diet - which is protein shakes on day one; fruit for breakfast and lunch on day 2 & 3, and for dinner you get a salad and baked potato.

    I've also been following his new diet which is a modified Paleo diet (and should be released this month). It's no caffeine, sugar, artificial sugar, carbs, and processed food. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and it's awesome. It wasn't hard to give up carbs or caffeine.

    Future Mrs. Franco ... yes, you eat those every day for 3 days.
