So August 2017 I begin my student teaching for 4 months. This has been a long time coming and I am excited to be close to my credentials and a full time teaching position! What I am NOT looking forward to is 4 months of a full time job with ZERO pay. I have known for the last 4 years that this was coming but it is still tough to know I won't have any income for a long time! I still have a weekend job but it's still tough to know there will be no income from me during wedding planning! Do any teachers out there have any advice on how to handle student teaching financially? Physically? Emotionally? Mentally? Lol

Good luck! Student teaching was a really great experience. By the end of it though I couldn't wait to get my own classroom, but now that I do I wish I was student teaching again. So definitely enjoy this time it's definitely worth it. I worked part time at an after school center, three days a week and took night classes. It's definitely stressful but worth it in the end. Getting a planner helped and making lists on post it's helped me get through it and it'll help with the wedding planning
