So i have been getting tons of input on what i can do to grow our my hair quickly. Excersize and good diet are a given but are there any health risks to taking pre-natals if Im not growing a little bean yet? and any other suggestions are welcome on making two inches of hair grow long in a year.

I know this is a really old post but I'm desperate I do not have health insurance so my Dr prescribed me to tri sprentec because my period is unbearable and it's the cheapest birth control for me l. I have been on them for a little over a year I skip the placebo pills because that's the only way I have a some what regular period. Well all of the sudden I started noticing I am lossing some hair not to crazy but it's the front of my hair line so it's becoming noticable. My first thought was to stop taking them immediately but then I thought about it and read that if you stop taking them you will have worsen hair loss and I have always had pretty bad acne so I'm really scared my hair loss will get worse and my acne will turn in to cystic acne as well as my once unbearable period with come back much worse and i won't be able to handle the pain. So I need a way to either wean off the birth control so my face doesn't go crazy as well as my horrible cramps and hair loss or control the hair loss so I can keep taking the birth control I dont know what to do I'm so upset and can't stop thinking about it I feel like it's a lose lose for me I really don't know what to do I am so desperate for help. So any advice would be great. For now I'm going to go get some bangs so you can't tell I'm lossing my hair and maybe talk to my Dr or pharmacist. I wish some one would have told me that hair loss would be a side effect I would have never started taking birth control.
