I started looking over the weekend. I am going with my sister and nieces tomorrow and then have some appointments lined up in case I don't find any. I am finding I am very indecisive lol and I find something wrong with every dress. There was one dress I tried but cant stop thinking about so I am going to re-try it tomorrow.

View Quoted Comment We went this past weekend hoping to find some deals on Nye fun accessories but had no luck. Apparently they pack the stuff up and use them the following year. I went w silk flowers from a lady on Etsy thinking it was the best bet. This way the bridesmaids could keep them for a Christmas decoration. Centerpieces so far I have clocks and some vases with gold and black Christmas balls.

My first place I went (on a Friday)the one I loved the most was discontinued so I was told I couldn’t order it in my size .. not sure if that made me want it more but I called around and someone got back to me ( on that Monday) saying I could order it in my size but the decision had to be made by 5pm the next day! It was a VERRYYY stressful 24 hours. But I went with it. My fiancée said if I didn’t I’d just be comparing every dress to that one if I didn’t. And he was probably right. And this way it was one more thing off the list too. Lol.

We are doing black, gold, and this cobalt/royal blue (referenced to the Police thin blue line blue). My fiance asked to incorporate that blue so when I looked at ideas on Pinterest they actually looked pretty the gold and blue together. So we are going with that lol. Now its just deciding if I was the bridesmaids to wear blue or gold

View Quoted Comment Yes! I’m still very hurt and angered about it! We bought it and everything so to me it was very uncalled for. Apparently the ruffled hem looks cheap to her😳🥴😭. Her daughter is too young to have an opinion unfortunately. It’s the best mans (my fiancées twins) daughter. Such a bummer having to worry about that now on top of everything else.

Oh that is a good idea too! I was thinking possibly doing the flower girls in gold.. I kind of have a big wedding party by default because I have 4 nieces who want to be in it and I can't have 2 and not the other sooo I have 6 bridesmaids (including the maid of honor), 2 junior bridesmaids, and 1 maybe a second flower girl and then my mini bride lol. The mini bride will be in a dress similar to mine... I wasn't sure if I should have the junior bridesmaids be a different color?So many decisions to make lol

On the grooms side there will be 6 groomsmen (because I need even) then my niece who is the "best girl" because she is attached to Nick and wanted to have a "special" role.

We are doing a later ceremony and reception because our venue suggested having a screen and watching the ball drop at the reception. I was worried because it is so late but I think it will work out.
