Hey October 2019 brides!
Im from Sherman,tx. We are planning to married on Oct 26th. Does anyone else have thay date? Do i have a twin in here? Anyone getting married in texas near Dallas?
Need help finding a venue...totally stressing about thay😬

October 26th bride here! We have our venue (included bartender, linens, all seating, photobooth, and parking attendant), our rehearsal dinner space, our photographer, MUA, and catering for the wedding secured. I have bought my dress and we have our colors planned...

*our colors are deep reds, golds (like fall gold), and dusty blues. Really anything "fall-ish".

We have done a lot so far! Everyone tells us we are moving too quickly (didn't know that was a bad thing?!) but our friends also had tons of help paying for their wedding so they just don't get it.

We are not doing a DJ so I am excited that we will have tons of free time to plan every second of music, multiple playlists, and get our equipment rented out. Just because we are foregoing the cost of a DJ doesn't mean we are going to be lax on music!

All we have left is alcohol, flowers, decorations and (obviously) designing and sending out STDs and when the time comes invites plus whatever I have just forgotten typing this out haha

We have our ceremony location and our venue picked out, my colors are wine, orange and sunflower yellow. Haven't looked at dresses yet or cakes. Were getting married October 19th, 2019. Having a small intimate wedding with family and a few friends.

Update on my Oct 18th wedding, reception venue picked out. Colors are Burgundy, Navy and Burnt Orange. I am now leaning away from cakes unless its a small one, in favor of either cupcakes or Petit Fours ( Since can do different flavors).I have a dress I bought off another bride but may end up with a second for the reception. I am hoarding away money so I can get everything else done ASAP, and Christmas is super light this year and the guilt sucks. I feel like I definitely needed more time.

October 12, here. Colors are royal purple and grey. We have the venue, photographer, band booked. We’re doing food ourselves, and just hired a day of coordinator. I’ve got my dress, veil, shoes, and we have our lights, and some decorations.
We’re figuring out bridesmaid dresses and other big items this weekend.

October 19th here! We booked our venue almost 2 years ago! It is newer and became very popular. I just got my dress Saturday! We also have our photographer and florist. Our colors are burgundy/cream/taupe/gold. I keep changing my mind about it though lol. Going for a boho chic vibe. Geometric shapes, eucalyptus, floral crowns. Might throw some macrame in there too! I am stressing because I want to lock down a caterer but we can’t seem to decide on one.

I dont have a pic of me in my dress but I have a pic OF it. It’s a latte/smoke color. I really wanted sleeves but I just didn’t love how I looked in every sleeved dress I tried on. I’m adding straps that match the bodice though so I’m really excited!! I’m not sure on the style of bridesmaid dresses but these are my colors.

Sorry if this is long but I’m just so much more excited now that I have my dress finally!

I’ve gotten almost every thing done! My bridesmaid dresses are vermillion, and my groomsmen will wear dusty rose ties and navy suits. Only things we have left are the DJ and we meet with the caterer on the 20th of this month! I got my dress back in December but I can’t get enough of it 😍
