10/16/21 bride here! After finally getting back in the swing of things (had to postpone) wedding planning is going great! We still have all of our vendors booked and plans in motion. We are going down to our Rental place to relook at the rentals we picked out to make sure they are still what we want. Trying to figure out how to do a bridal shower, bachelorette party and bachelor party COVID friendly! Unsure if we will be able to travel to other states but going to try!

10/10/21 bride here! Hoping, praying for the best by October. Of course safety is our number one priority though, so even if it’s just us we’ll proceed (hoping for at least 50-60 ppl). I’m similarly trying to figure out covid safe bridal shower and bach ideas! And finalizing add on vendors/rentals (rentals, photobooth)

    Hi Tee,

I’m hopeful that by October it will be slightly better! Not 100% but hopefully some restrictions will be lifted. My fiancé and I were thinking of doing camping weekends for our Bach/bachelorette parties! Good luck!

I'm a 10/16 bride! So far we have pretty much all of our big stuff booked. We are currently working on getting a florist booked and also getting our hotel block set up. This weekend FH and I are going to go and look at places for suits and also for his wedding band.

Next up -- sending out save the dates next month, looking at bakeries for our small cake and cupcakes, and start working on the smaller details.

    Hi Tori!

Thanks for the reply! We also have our big items checked off as well! Surprisingly, with COVID craziness going on our planning has gone relatively smooth! I recently booked my hair/makeup artist. I would highly recommend (if you plan on having someone to do your hair and makeup on site) to book that NOW (if you haven’t already). I quickly learned that my date was booked already for SO many stylists. I was soooo lucky to find a great one that was available for my date!

10/23 here! Right now mainly looking for DJ and photographer debating on photobooth. Also having the issue of finding the right invitations that aren't going to cost an arm and leg. I already have my dress and venue booked!

    Hi there!
Thank you for the reply! I-am with you on the wedding invitations! Why must they cost so much ugh!?! We are in a similar boat we have our venue booked, photographer, dress purchased. We also need a DJ and invites. Good luck!

I have no clue! Most ones I like from etsy or Amazon come to like $500-$1000. That definitely isn't budget friendly. I also find the problem of not getting the whole bundle (invitations, rsvp cards, with directions card) most sites want to charge for each individual thing! Weddings are expensive as it is. Plus once the wedding is over the invitations are thrown away.

10.17.21 here! We've pretty much got our big stuff taken care of - venue, dj, photographer, my dress and shoes, bridesmaids dresses, groomsmen suits, Save the Dates and some decor. I'm blanking on cake, bouquets, & invitations but hoping to get some choices made by March lol.
