October 2022 Brides

10/30/2022! Planning is going, Have my venue, photographer, florist and hair and makeup booked. Menu is picked out, I have my save the dates already just waiting to send them out. I’m going dress shopping September 3rd and hopefully buying my dress (I have previously gone dress shopping and fell in love, but I want to go with my mom and MOH). So I’ve got a lot done and obviously a lot to do! How’s planning going for you?

Whoa! Congrats on having so much done already, you're on it!! My venue is all-inclusive so they are providing a lot of the details (tables, linens, chairs, cake, food & drink etc) so I only have to deal with a few vendors. It's also very floral and scenic already (an old Spanish-style hacienda) so I don't have to do much in the flowers & decorations department. Still need a DJ and photographer though! I'm planning on going dress shopping around November of this year, but only because I want to lose a few more lbs before I try on dresses. I'm working on choosing Save-the-dates and Invites now! Overall planning hasn't been as stressful as I thought it would be, I'm enjoying the process!

View Quoted Comment Nice! My venue also provides tables, chairs and linens. My venue is barn style on an apple orchards! I’m somewhat enjoying it, it can be stressful at times but only the family bits lol.

My wedding is 10/01/22, very excited but I need to put my wedding plans off for a little while, we are going to travel to Brazil to visit my family. 🇧🇷 DIYing most of my stuff and having an amazing time.

Hi! My wedding is 10.08.2022 and I am super excited! I’ve pretty much am almost done with planning everything out. I know I’m a whole year out but knowing myself I decided to get ahead of the game by planning in May of this year! I wanted to go for a rustic themed wedding but with all the things I wanted for the wedding I think it may be a rustic romantic wedding instead 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh well. All I need is my dress, flower girl dress, officiant and hotels for out of town guests. I think that’s all. I could be really wrong tho.

Our date is 10/29/22 but we're not engaged yet

Of course we've already decided to get married, AND we've booked our venue! So far only our parents and my sister know. We'll be getting engaged *sometime* between October and the end of the year. It's so tough to not be able to gush to my friends, but soon!

October 1, 2022 for us! Just gathering information for most of the vendors at the moment. Really love the fall colors but not sure on theme. Probably rustic with romance. I do have my colors picked and will be dress shopping next month. Super excited about planning the day I get to call myself Mrs. and spend forever with my best friend! Can't wait to hear and see what you all are doing!

10/1/22! Venue/catering, photographer, DJ, makeup artist, cake all booked! Have my dress and the bridesmaids do as well. Taking our engagement photos for the Save the Date/website next month

Still looking for a dress and planning table decor!

Hey 10/1/22 here! I have venue and photographer booked. Getting engagement photos on Tuesday so that I can do save the dates next month. What should I work on next? My venue doesn’t include tents, chairs etc so wondering if that’s my next step? Or the officiant? Hair and makeup? What’s highest priority for next steps?

Hello everyone congratulations on your guys wedding. I'm getting married 10/08/2022 I've already planned my venue and I'm making my own Bouquets I've been doing alot of diy products. I haven't been dress shopping yet February will be my first time dress shopping I'm little nervous that I won't find anything

we have our photogs, location, and just about finishing up our hotel stuff. i think we're going to do food trucks?? we're in iowa, so hoping there's still some fall colors out there

Oct 8, 2022! We have the venue (with catering and bar) sorted already. We put down our deposit in February then haven't done much since, ha! Save the Dates were sent to all of our foreign guests because we have a lot and are starting to go out for US guests. Quotes are out for rentals and photographers. Did some dress shopping already and hoping to find the right dress within the next 2 months. Whew.
