October 2022 Brides

10/22/22 here too!! Only have the venue picked so far!

10.29.22! We have everything booked already. We tried to get everything done as soon as possibly because of school. We just got one of our last things booked this Wednesday which was dessert so the best part of planning. Now just trying to do registries and organize all of the wedding decor that we have. We live an hour away from all of our families and from the wedding location so everything has been super sporadic for decorations, but hopefully we are moving back into our hometown soon. We are trying to design a cake table right now and are looking for ideas. We are doing cupcakes and then a small cake. But we love the idea of using a ladder as a tiered table. Everything feels so weird to be doing right now with COVID. I feel like we are planning a party that is going to get cut down in size we only have 80 in attendance but a few people in our families have declined to come if COVID is still present...

10/09/22 so far I have the venue, the musicians, the menu, waiting on save the dates. I found my dress over the summer. It’s so exciting I’m a total planner so this is a wonderful time for me. Congratulations on my fellow October 2022 brides !

Hello! 10/22/2022 Wedding here! Have a venue that's got some good inclusions (catering, bar, table, linens, chairs). Luckily the venue doesn't take much for decoration since the area is already beautiful. Working on finding photographer and DJ vendors now. Not nearly as stressed as I thought I would be at this point, but I can't wait to get more details finalized. I haven't even begun dress shopping though, haha!

Hey ladies! Sounds like you girls got things all taken care of. Awesome job! My fiancé and I just became engaged and are a bit behind. I have contacted numerous venues and so far there's only one place available for our date of 10/01/2022, but it's two hours away. I am a bit flexible on the date as long as it's in October but I'm finding nothing. If y'all don't mind, please say a prayer that I find a venue that close by soon. TIA!

We have booked almost everything! But that’s because our venue has a lot included! Can it please be October of next year now please!! I’m so impatient!

My wedding is 10/8/22, just getting things moving. It’s actually our second wedding. I do have the venue picked out and the DJ working on the photographer. Haven’t even looked at dresses yet. Need to get save the date cards, etc..,

Hey! Our wedding is 10/20/2022. So far we've got venue, photographer/videographer and hair booked! Thank goodness the venue provides linens, chairs, catering and cake! Makes it that much easier! Been in contact with florists and hotels!

I know! the first three weeks i couldn't fall asleep at night for all our ideas, but once the venue was settled, other things just keep getting set pretty easily and i'm not stressed hardly at all! it's pretty fun actually!

Mines 10/15/2022 and I’m stuck 😩 it’s so hard

My date it 10/02/2022, and planning is a full time job lol. I finally found my dress so now i know what i want the rest of my decorations and venue to look like. I’m need of Djs at a reasonable price! Any suggestions?

Mine is also 10/22/22, we are doing a 100-120 guest backyard wedding, but man this planning everything is hard. It’s very overwhelming! I’ve went to two dress stores and I think I found one I like but going back for a second try on. I have my floral arrangements already and some decor. Picking a photographer this week! 🥺

Wedding date is 10/29/22! Have the venue already, which comes with catering, chairs and tables already! Booked the photographer and taking engagement photos next month! Hired the florist and just need to hone in on the color scheme. Just hired the DJ. I got my dress months ago too 🤪 Still have to book hair and makeup and figure out the color scheme for linens.
