October 5th Brides - 1 Month Away!!!

Its so hard to believe!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited, and yet the closer it gets the farther away it feels. Like I feel like its still a year away but clearly that's not the case. I guess I'm going through that whole I've been waiting so long I'm in a permanent state of waiting feeling, which is weird, because a month ago I was freaking out cause of it being so close finally lol

I know. I feel like time has been going so slow! So I wonder how this month will feel. Part of me wants it to fly by and just get here. But part of me wants it to go a little show so I don't feel rushed to get the last minute details done! Do you have a lot left to do?

Haha right?? No, I have mostly little stuff, nothing that is going to affect much. Just making my final payments is pretty much all I've got left. Buying table numbers and printing a seating chart for dinner. That kind of stuff. How about you?

Pretty much the same. We have have paid off everything except the final payment for catering, which we wont have the final total until we have our final headcount. Otherwise, I just have to order our table numbers. Have our seating chart written (my friend is writing script for us). And purchase our grand exit glow sticks. Otherwise, I think that is it . Seems like so little compared to where we started haha.

I was just coming to post the same (I'm glad I saw your post first though haha). I feel like I have so much too do, but honestly, a lot of it I am really unmotivated to do. A lot of signs I thought I needed to have.. I'm kinda like "meh" at this point about lol.

We aren’t doing a lot of signs. I feel like no one reads them anyway lol. We are have a seating chart, that I still need to get done. But I am waiting for my RSVP deadline to pass for that. Other than that, I don’t plan on having any signs at this point.

We also still have to get our marriage license!!!!!

I know right?? Maybe that's why it feels like its so far away, there's so little to do!! haha
and Whoot!! Glowsticks!! (we are doing those too, in all purple) we have to order ours too, but I'm thinking of doing that today, since the shelf life is wayyy longer than a month so they should be fine.

Omgsh thats funny, I almost recommended amazon to you for them too!! We are getting a pack of 400 all purple for like $28. I looked at all the bulk sellers and balked at the fact that they were so much more expensive, but I guess that's why I love amazon 😂😂

Amazon for the win lol. How many guests are you expecting? I’m scared 300 isn’t enough. We are expecting about 100. So that’s over 2 sticks a piece... so maybe that is enough? I feel like this is stupid to stress over haha.

Oh my gosh I only just saw you replied!!! so sorry on missing that. We are expecting around 210. I think approximately 1-2 per person is more than enough, as we don't intend on people being decked out in glowsticks either. Just enough so that everyone can have some fun with them
