I have yet to figure out food, mens attire, and probably more stuff..... lol

Im pleased with the progress considering I’ve been in California on a 8 month work assignment and planning for our wedding in North Carolina!!

We are having a small cake for cutting and then doing cupcakes and doughnuts (per FH request) for our dessert. Congratulations to all of you. Dress (just need fitting, I've been losing weight, so Im waiting)

Bought flowers and centerpieces, just have to put them together

Website it ready, just waiting to finalize guest list (He is taking forever)

Menu is mostly decided (we have a few more decisions to make)

I am so excited. I know I have a ways to go, but I think I got the hardest stuff out of the way!!!

Date Twin!!!! Congrats on the upcoming nupituals. I feel weird as I might be in the minority of grooms that are on here. But I have had a hand in getting things together for the wedding. Had to prod my FW to get a wedding party together at the one year mark. I am getting measurements done for my suit this weekend and paying off the reception venue. So that is wedding ceremony and reception venue paid for. Got relatives who are helping with the food and cake. Also got a friend who owes a flower shop that wants to do the boutonnieres, bouquet and centerpieces as their wedding gift. Then I got a photographer and my pastor is the officiant. My fmil said she has a family friend who can be the DJ. I can believe in nine months I am getting married. This engagement has gone by way too fast!!!

Hello! So far I have booked: Dj, caterer, photographer, videographer, decorations. I just found my dress last weekend. I'm starting to take bridesmaids to go dress shopping. I'm thinking I'll do Sam's club for bakery and dessert items. I have a block of rooms. I did engagement photos and save the dates came in the mail. Have the wedding colors and I have chosen a theme. Working on details for makeup and Hair for day of the wedding. I don't have a day of coordinator. Does anyone have any good suggestions??also need a tent and chair rental company. That's all I can think of as of right now!!

- Getting engagement photos taken for the STD's at the end of the month
- Got videography
- working on finalizing the guest list

- Started playlist for wedding as we will not be having a DJ

This wedding planning has been so stressful and so now we are doing it in the wood an keeping it simple.

Hi!! I’m october 27th!!
so far I have the venue, DJ, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer! I have my bridal party chosen and my first dress appointment is in march!

- did engagement pics and ordered STDs to send soon as most of our guests are out of state

We need to find invites and finalize decor and work with our bridal party for picking clothes! HMUA Is kind of all I’m stressing about honestly, I’m so glad we picked an all inclusive venue

Next big thing on my list besides engagement photos is scheduling a walk through of the venue with my vendors.
We will probably also start to look at wedding bands and suits for groomsmen and my fiance.

I feel like we've done a good amount and I'm not really feeling much stress. I'm sure as the months go on and all the little details have to start getting done it will be a little more overwhelming.
