BM's dresses that I ordered last Saturday night were delivered yesterday! BM's ring dishes (smaller than I thought, but I only paid $3) also came yesterday. FH's coin stamped "From today until forever 8.13.2016" arrived today. FMIL got her dress and purse - sent a pic yesterday (she's gonna be beautiful in it). And a long time friend (over 30 yrs) and her parents made their hotel reservations - so I know they're coming even though invitations haven't gone out yet. The past two weeks have been great for wedding stuff and I'm getting so excited!

But, like I told FMIL, even if everything goes wrong that day, as long as we get married, I don't care about the rest of it.

I get to go try on my dresses with veils and accessories in April! I'm so excited.

I also just found an LGBT wedding expo is happening in my hometown and we are so excited to go. We have most vendors but we've been struggling with florist and are hopeful that a florist their will be more accustom to our needs (why is it so weird to need two bridals bouquets?!?).

I keep trying to mail the contract and deposit check to my caterer, but it keeps getting sent back to me. Grrrr! Damn you, USPS.

We chose our meals today! They're working within our budget and still allowing us to choose two main entrees! We'll be doing a bourbon glazed salmon and a vegetable lasagna with two sides, and two appetizers. Their website estimates this combination at $10 over our budget, but the're going to make it work for us!

Also, we learned that our wine budget is likely higher than it needs to be so we might end up under budget on that front.

Wedding expo next weekend can't wait even though my vendors are booked and where having a destination wedding in less then 2 months I still want the experience of going to one

Yesterday was the one year mark until we get married! I am just so excited to reach that point, hoping the next year goes by fast but not too fast!
