Off the shoulder dress hairstyle

I’m wearing my hair up.

I always like updos for brides just because it makes it feel like it shows off the dress well.however this depends. I'm personally not doing updo because it looks terrible on me haha so I'm doing my downs and like a half up half down style.
One idea my bridesmaids had that I was tempted to do was updo for ceremony and put it down for reception

I have an off the shoulder and plan on having an updo. To show off the back of my dress and sweetheart neckline!

I would go with an updo or a low chignon off to the side.

Updos are generally fancier and formal.
If it has an extravagant back maybe consider a side swept if it's down. Or half and half.

I had a cold shoulder dress and my hair was down and side swept for a September wedding. At the end of the night due to four straight hours of dancing I threw it up into a messy top knot bun.
