I would see if maybe where you are getting married might have a recommendation. We got married at a hotel and they recommended an officiant to us. He was a preacher, but he preformed ceremonies outside of his church. We choose not to go with him because of my bridesmaids (she ended up dropping out) is a Jehovah's Witness and couldn't be in the ceremony if we had a religious figure perform the ceremony. We ended up going with a celebrate that I found through WeddingWire. WeddingWire has a vendors section you can use. You should be able to look for a priest and you can reach out to them to see if they would be willing to perform a ceremony outside of their church.

I think priests can only marry people inside of a Catholic church for it to count as a sacrament, so you might be out luck there. Maybe you could try calling one of the Catholic colleges to see if they have any recommendations?
The first ones I thought of were Boston College, Stonehill, and Holy Cross, but there are a ton, so I'm sure you can find one close to you even if you're in a different part of the state. You could also try the Harvard Divinity School.
