You could ask a close family member or friend to marry you. They just have to become ordained which is easy to do online. If you go this route, make sure you check your city/state/county that you'll be married in to make sure they accept people ordained online to marry you.

Thumbtack.com or asking a friend/family member seem like the best options. Good luck, I'm sure it's stressful.

Can they offer a recommendation? Did you find them through a church? If so can the church provide someone else?
Our priest, who was supposed to marry us, left for a mission trip the morning of our wedding (it got moved up). So one of the deacons performed our ceremony.

Can you check on Craig's List? I would caution against asking a friend or family member. Being an officiant is HARD and takes a special skill set, plus they may not take it as seriously as you would like (trust me on that one.)

Another caveat against asking a friend/relative to be an officiant is that not every state recognizes it as legal.
