OHIO BRIDES - Alcohol buyback?

Has anyone found a place they can return unopened bottles of wine or liquor? I do not know where to start and would be a lot more comfortable overbuying this way! I don't need 10 bottles of whiskey and vodka and 20 bottles of wine left over!

I read that it varies, etc, but I am not too sure where to even look.

I am in the Dayton area, 45 mins from Columbus, 45 mins from Cincinnati.

    I would go to the store you purchased it from and ask them. Where I work in Ohio, state liquor cannot be returned or exchanged and wine has a different policy.

    I think you can do that at Party Source in Covington - super close to Cincinnati.

    By law, liquor is non-returnable in Ohio. When I asked a gentleman at a drive through if we could return beer or wine if we had any leftover after the wedding he said he could probably work something out.

    I would call around and explain that you are buying for a wedding and do not want to be stuck with an abundance of alcohol. Some may work with you, others may not.

    I did not think of Jungle Jims, and I will reach out to Party Source. I know states vary.. but if I can, I want to definitely go that route!!

    I know this is an old post, but we are in Dayton! Arrow Wine give refunds for unopened bottles, they deliver, and their prices are really good.
