Ok, weird question about flowers/bouquet

Samantha, on January 8, 2021 at 9:52 AM Posted in Planning 0 12
We are doing a micro wedding, we are not having a wedding party of any kind. My weird question is: I want a bouquet, I think it’s important for that “bridal look” especially for pictures.... what the heck do I do with it during the ceremony, since I won’t have an MOH or anybody standing up with me?? Thoughts and creative ideas?

Maybe have a family member (sitting in front) hold it after you walk down the aisle? Or the person walking you down the aisle can also take it after he/she walks you down.

Someone on your front row can hold it for you (family member, best friend). You could also just sit a bouquet stand near where you will be standing and place it in there.

Hand it to your mom/sister/grandma/SIL/BFF! Someone in the front row!

Like others suggested, have someone close to you sitting in the front row take it for the ceremony!

Someone could hold it for you or if you'll have a table or something at the alter you could get a decorative stand and place it in the stand at the alter.

We had 15 guests (no wedding party), and I handed my bouquet to my mom.

You could just hand it over to someone, as others have mentioned!

Oh geez! I didn’t even think about handing off my bouquet during the ceremony. 😏 My 9 year daughter is my only bridesmaid and I’m not sure she will be able to hold hers and mine. Hmmmmm.... I may have to hand it to my mom.

I definitely love the idea of handing it off to someone but you could also have a cute little table set up with a vase on it that you could set it in until you go back down the aisle! It’ll look pretty in pics too! Or if you are doing some type of unity ceremony like dumping sand into a jar, it could be on that table?
