I'm an older bride and my dress is very simple however my friends tell me if I wear a veil I could bring out the dress? My question Will it be ok to wear a veil me being older?

Agree with PP...wear what you love! I chose a crown for my headpiece because I fell in love with it. I'm an older bride, too and I'm wearing a white dress! ;-p

If you want the veil then go for it. Im an older bride and I have chosen a headband instead, but Im not a big fan of veils, they hurt my head after awhile.

Age has nothing to do with wanting to wear a veil. If you wanna wear a veil go ahead! There aren't any rules saying you can't!

I'm 56 and it's my first wedding. I'm not wearing a veil just because I don't care to.
You should wear it if you want to! Go for it and enjoy!
