I love this forum, it's so positive and reassuring... I thought I'd give a shout out to my fellow older brides after doing a search and not seeing any posts since last year about us! I'm 44 years old and wondered how many other 'older' brides there are here? What an unimaginable joy to have found...

I'll be 52 when we get married and he'll 57. First marriage for both of us. We met online which I was skeptical of but hey. worked out great! lol I really had given up on finding that someone special. But he's everything I've always dreamed of.

I'm 40. 2nd marriage. 1st wedding. Never did I ever imagine or think I would get married again or at this age on life. But I'm excited and happy that I am!

59 for me and 57 for fh! June 27,2020 our big day! This is my second marriage but his first so we’re doing the full shabang! On a smaller scale though around 70 guests...Can’t wait as I really didn’t have a big wedding last time.

I'm 43 and FH will turn 47 two weeks after our wedding on November 2nd. 33 days to go and FH thinks I'm turning into a bridezilla. We are having an outdoor wedding at a nearby lake and Im praying for good weather. Good luck to everyone!!

I’m 49 and on my first wedding! My fiancé is 59. I too have a daughter who is 27. Life sure is funny. She is getting married in November.. I am getting married this June! What a year it is for us. I’m a little stressed but I’m enjoying it all.

I am 59 & he is 60.

When we marry i will be 60 he will be 61. Second time for both each having 29+ years of marriage and 10 years single. I am divorced and he is widowed. We were in high school together and met through social media when i was working on our 40th high school reunion. Crazy but I am so much more in love with this man than i ever thought possible. He is my sweetheart and the best man ever.
Our wedding is set for the 3rd anniversary of our 1st date and he suggested getting married in my hometown of Charleston SC. Cant wait.
