Older Sisters role in my wedding?

Hi everyone, I have 3 older sisters ( I'm 27 they are 40 and older). I want them involved in my wedding but I don't think they would want to be bridesmaids. I've read suggestions like a reading and planning a bridal shower but can anyone suggest a few more options? Thanks so much!

The way I am incorporating people into my wedding who don't have a specific roll is having them walk down the isle to their seats. I'm having My grandparents, his grandparents, my older sister and brother, FH will walk his mom to her seat next, then the bridal party will begin walking. I picked a different song for the VIP's than for the wedding party as well so they stood out a little
