Wow, I have had a good experience with them. I ordered my Asian Folding Fans + some silk flowers from there. Shipping was really fast.

Just a warning to anyone putting an order in.

*** they do not have very good customer service, no phone number to talk to anyone***

So, if you try to order some linens and they are on back order, you might as well give up. We had a bride on here last year and it was 1 week before her wedding and they were still jerking her around after promising her backorder 3 times. They only have a chat for customer service, and I hear they don't type english very well.

but that is the only bad thing I remember hearing about the company.

So, Hayley, do I run the risk of not getting my money back if something is on back order? I can't see too many brides ordering 15 table runners in chocolate brown. Ha Ha

I've heard good things too Kimberly.... just not when you have issues.

The biggest complaint is their customer service and back orders.

I ordered my linens from them. I was surprised at how quickly they arrived! I'll have to go check it out......see what else I can buy!

Julie, I went on and ordered a bolt of tulle and the rest of my asian fans but I didnt see the sale you were talking about. The only email I got from them today was the 10% code off of silk flowers.

I ordered all my silk flowers from them, had no issues what so ever!

It wasn't misleading, I just assumed it was on me.

Kimberly, it wasn't a "sale" per se...it just happened that everything I was looking for was on sale. Sorry if I misled anyone. I didn't get an email. They popped up in a Google search for take out boxes.

Yes, I love them. Haley is correct there customer service is email only or the computer chat. I continue to order from them because they have the good prices. Just be careful when ordering flower from them if you order once and then realize that you need more they may come lighter or darker than your first order. I learned and gambled twice.

I guess if you get a "sorry on backorder notice", just try to look for a backup plan right away. I've never ordered, but I've just been here long enough to hear some horror stories.

I figured I'd check it out, and they do have a bunch of stuff on sale! I'm going to order a couple things and hope for the best, Hayley has me a little worried! $20 for the tulle and favors seems like a good deal though, and I have seen some positive reviews!

Just placed an order for runners. It's too soon to order anything else because I have no idea the number of tables I am going to have. But I figured I will start playing around with tablescapes so when I am ready I can take the plunge and just do a massive order. Thank you for the heads up on this website!
